When I try to update a ticket, I receive the following error:
Ticket::Commit Ticket Info Update SQL Error
Is there something that I have done wrong to get that, or could you please tell me how to correct the problem...? |

When I installed your software everything seemed to work ok, except I keep getting a missing parent class error when ever I try to retrieve a ticket. |
